Shanghai Living: Jade Buddha Temple, Former residence of Mao Zedong and Contest winner!

Wow it is hard to believe that it has been almost two months in China. Soon it will be Spring Festival here. Spring Festival is China’s biggest holiday. I am looking forward to the time off and checking out some things. Travel may be impossible during this time as everyone is travelling in China at that time. I will check out some more things in Shanghai and possibly buy a motorcycle. Ok more than likely I will buy a motorcycle, as long as it stops snowing.

Life in South Korea: Being Vegetarian

People were always surprised to find out that I am Vegetarian. They thought it must be so difficult to be in Korea. I have been Vegetarian for almost twenty years, so I am used to having less dining options. There are some great vegetarian options in Korea.

Becoming Adventure: South Korea Travel Tips

The end of my holiday is coming! Next week I will start working on new videos about China!

South Korea is a great place to travel to! It may not be the first place on your list to go, but you will not regret a trip there. It offers a pretty unique and rewarding experience. It is best to get out and explore Korea. If you are just starting to travel and are looking somewhere you can explore and travel with no plan Korea is a good place to start! It is super safe and the people are really friendly. Also the food is great, I have never had any stomach problems. There are so many great cultural sites to check out. Here are some helpful sites for travel in Korea: Korean Tourism site: http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/index.kto More Korea info: http://www.koreabrand.net/ Transportation: Trains: www.korail.com Buses: http://www.kobus.co.kr/web/eng/index.jsp Accommodations: www.korea.net/uesful_info/reservation/reservation_hotel.asp

Life in South Korea: Blood Type

Wow I am late with this post. I am just working out my uploading system, as it takes longer to upload here in China. So I forgot to do this last post. Well better late than never. I wanted to do this video for a awhile as one of the things I noticed most when I got to South Korea was that amount of questions people asked. People asked me how much I weighed. The strangest question to me was: “What is your blood type?”

Life in South Korea: Walking Busan

I just moved to my apartment and got internet again. I went without internet for three days. It was kind of a nice break. Though it is good to be online again. I had the idea for this video awhile ago. I figured I would shoot it just before I left Korea as it would be a good memory of my time there. It makes me a little sad to watch it. Korea felt like my home and now I miss my home. I am excited about the future!

Arrived in Shanghai!

I have arrived safely. I just wanted to make a quick video to show I arrived. Also I wanted to test out my new ipod touch and if I could upload the video. All were a success! I walked around Shanghai tonight. I really enjoyed it and look forward to what is to come. It is also super cheap here. I only spent about 16 dollars so far. I got a Pizza, large bowl of noodles, ice cream, oranges, two razors, two drinks, yogurt, snack bar, gum, two bread snacks from the bakery and rode the subway.
