Position summary

Drive Adobe Korea revenue growth through a subset of enterprise accounts by developing targeted plans for extending Adobe’s reach to individual customers by coworking with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key management teams within assigned accounts – serve as enterprise market specialist in quarterly account business reviews.
  • Lead the market specific planning and review sessions within the accounts.
  • Schedule on site visits, quarterly or as necessary to drive sales engagement within the account..
  • Design and deploy annual and quarterly partner plan to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage enterprise market pipeline and report pipeline deals on a regular basis to Adobe Korea sales management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe’s competitive positioning in the enterprise market segment. Communicate details to assigned partners sales teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with WW Adobe DESBU field sales and marketing in order to drive Korea enterprise sales growth.
  • Coordinate with Adobe Marketing to design quarterly business development plan to extend Adobe’s reach to customers through assigned partners.
  • Develop and document market and sales strategies and present at Adobe quarterly business reviews.
  • Cultivate relationship with business partner CEOs, Directors, and sales managers to ensure alignment and achievement of goals.
  • Ownership of strategic short-term goals for accounts, including visibility within the account and responsibility for relationship building with partner’s sales teams.
  • Plan and assist with training to drive Adobe product/program knowledge and awareness.
  • Serve as enterprise solution specialist within the account – leverage relationships at all levels within the account.
  • Travel required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • This position requires a minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven experience in building relationships with key executives within enterprise clients
  • Bilingual skills in Korean and English are required for this role
