RES HER ERECTION
by A D Pearson
within the voice of innocence, a cry for help i hear, the sound that calls forgiveness down, down from heavens pier.
and asks the place within us, that divines a mortal vision, to save us from deliverance, and return us to ourselves.
by the mayflower of her words, she sets me free from fear, to dangle legs on down, down from heavens pier.
betrayed by the behemoth, who rejects the senseless scene, she says, i know the truth betrothes you, for i have never been.
but speaking deep within her, a voice as small as straw, she breathes the breath of many, and never stands in awe.
she looks to me without derision, a girl onto a boy, who never begs for revision, of any plot nor ploy.
