Without mentioning any names - I'm thankful for wearing stretchy pants -so I could eat so much last night I'm thankful for beautiful smiles and incredible laughs I'm thankful for people who have the special talents to fill my belly and my mind I'm thankful for eager ears and the patience to listen I'm thankful for the brilliant bonds of friendship that span the globe I'm thankful for the blessing of a warm and adventuresome spirit I'm thankful for sharing and genuine kindness I'm thankful for open doors and introductions - no matter how late you are I'm thankful for the capacities of appreciation and understanding I'm thankful for feeling so much love And I'm thankful for being so 'full of it' I'm thankful for so many choices and possibilities I'm thankful for guidance, support and even cooperation I'm thankful for the ability to laugh easily I'm thankful for memories of the past and hopes for the future I'm thankful for now... and the chance to feel and say these things... But most of all... I'm thankful for an abundance of people who have touched my life and those of everyone they encounter - with all of these gifts and so much more... We all have so much to be thankful for... |
